Watching the Sunrise from the Sky: From California to Oregon

At the end of 2014 I embarked on a 10 day vacation. On December 21st, an early Sunday morning, I watched the sunrise from the sky as we floated from California to Oregon. It was a time to forget all worries and marvel at the world around me. I arrived in Portland, Oregon; an airport I am all too familiar with.

Within the next few days followed a road trip to Seattle, Washington and a bus ride to Vancouver, Canada. This is how the journey began.
